Why EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)?
EMDR is a psychotherapy technique that utilizes lateral eye movement to help steer the nervous system and brain to relax and reduce the threat of recalling distressing thoughts and emotions. It helps my clients to reprocess distressing and painful memories and emotions so that healing can occur.
